Pilchards is a superb beach cafe and at high tide, the sea is just a few yards away from the tables on the front deck.  It’s the perfect spot to while away an afternoon, and just a short stop across one headland on the coast path from Port Isaac.  Menu changes daily; snack at tapas, share a plate or two, and watch out for the blackboard daily specials.
