Wavehunters surf academy located on the beach will have you riding the waves in no time.  They’re part of the heritage here, and they’re not just about surf lessons and boat rips, they invest in people and the community.  We’ve enjoyed many experiences with the Wavehunters team and would highly recommend that you pay them a visit (booking recommended in high season).

Surfside

Surfside is a fabulous beach bar and restaurant. The bar has been extended to include a large seating area on the beach in which you can enjoy drinks and food whilst taking in the scenery, and extensions to the Surfside restaurant provide all weather drinking and dining space over 3 floors with panoramic views of the bay. All of this is accompanied by a soundtrack of carefully selected vinyl, live music or resident DJ set.

We would also recommend TJ’s Café, The Oystercatcher, and Atlantic Bar & Kitchen.
